ignition recruitment was founded in early 2007 by Janine Godfrey after many years working as a Technical Recruiter and Business Development Manager.  Her long term goal had been to establish an agency which would utilise her specialist recruitment knowledge gained over more than twenty years in the industry.

Janine's early career encompassed medical laboratory technology, food technology and sales and marketing.  Throughout the years Janine has developed a sound knowledge of the manufacturing sector from production through to senior management.  Janine is also very interested in the scientific sector, drawing on skills from her early career in laboratories and quality assurance.

Her philosophy is simple:
